To develop and maintain relationship with the channel partners to conduct regular sales meetings;
Possess, Identifying and networking abilities with reliable channel partners resulting in deeper market penetration and reach;
Well versed in interfacing with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business;
Develop and Implement the Marketing Strategy, Establish and Manage New Channel partners, Alliances;
Candidates from having exposure in handling HNI & NRI Clients;
Maximize revenue generation and lead closures;
Skilled in forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
Contacting already generated Leads, Follow up with them and conduct effective meetings to close deals.
Making presentations and pitches to the corporate and HNI clients;
Prepare sales reports / MIS.
Adept at exploring business potential, opportunities as well as clientele to secure profitable business volumes;
Approach the relevant personnel from the targeted list of investors/reputed brands of FMCG and other sectors viz Banks, Corporate, Offices etc., brief them about the areas to be leased out and provide the brand information sheet to them accordingly to the clientele requirement.
Lead Generation, Evaluation of lease offers, Negotiating terms & rentals,sending to board for evaluation/approval and deal closure.
To prepare status report on the progress of deals being under various stages of closure right from signing of LOI to commencement of business.
Convert Letter of Intent (LOI) to Leave & License/ lease agreement/Sale Agreement/Novation agreement and close the Lease/ Sale deals within shortest possible time.
To ensure that the timelines are met with respect to taking possession of the premises by the client/s for fit outs and commencement of business and ensure that the clients fitouts are complete within the stipulated time.
To ensure that the average/optimal rentals/per sq. ft rates are achieved as per the business plan.
Manage the Lease/sales administration by collecting required amounts within the specified time intervals, security deposit, stamp duty and registration fees and lease remittances for the first month and so on.
Candidates from Real Estate only will be preferred.
