To develop and align, drive and supervise the training function for Vana, Malsi Estate and to assist the Human Capital Director in various learning and development, skill enhancing and morale improving activities.
To develop people capabilities in the retreat ensuring learning and (leadership) development opportunities for the team members at all levels.
Create programs and activities to provide skill development (such as job rotation, cross-training, mentoring, internships, coaching career graphs and succession planning) to be initiated on completion of successful probation of respective team members through a carefully crafted calendar.
The development work relates more to the ongoing, long-term continuous professional development and improvement of team members so that they can fulfill their potential within the organization.
To develop an effective on-boarding program to ensure smooth induction/orientation of new team members. To decide on the various modules, content, programs and timelines for the same.
To build best of the class learning platforms (e-learning, self-paced learning's, tie up with leading hospitality and wellness related institutions and experts)
